As many have heard on the weather, it has been very cold here in Texas since Early Thursday morning. Today on Friday I worked in kitchen on two different recipes

Green Chili Pork Stew
- Brown 1lb or so of Pork stew meat along with a diced sweet onion
- Add a 1lb can of Green Enchilada Sauce along with 2 peeled and diced roasted green chilis.
- Add diced white potatoes.
- Add water to fill pot
- Cook on Medium heat until pork and potatoes are done.
- Serve in bowl garnished with goat cheese with corn tortillas.

In the recipe below I substituted Butter for Shortening, 1 cup oat flour and used dates instead of nuts.
